Absolutely loved the room accommodations, view, proximity to restaurants and front desk staffs attention to detail and helpfulness.

Great location close to waterfront parks, craft breweries, and entertainment venues in the Cultural District. Great heated pool and hot tubs with an exceptional view of the lake and mountains. Well equipped rooms with ensuite laundry.

Great location on the beach! Beautiful view. Enjoyed the complimentary bicycles. The apartment was well appointed and equipped. Great rooftop pool.
The only minor complaints were 1)the lack of space and luggage racks in the bedrooms for luggage and 2) the lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes. Minor irritations.

Disappointing
The apartment was large with an impressive layout. The view of the pond out the back was very nice. The location was great for our needs. The beds were comfortable.
The walls and the furnishings are all damaged. The jacuzzi tub didn't work. The hotel comes across as bare bones amenities for a premium price. Charged $25 for parking which should have been mentioned. The whole place has a rundown feel with cracked up entrance and building in need of a refresh. Nowhere to plug in devices beside the bed, which was unusual. No coffee filters in the room. Fireplace also didn't work.

We the had an extension cord on our deck across one of the chairs going to the boat that cleans the lagoon. In the morning they were pressure washing the windows & told us to stay off our deck because we would get wet & it was very noisy

located in the most gorgeous scenery spot in Kelowna, with all the facilities that needed in very clean condition. I can't even point out a weakness. And you will never miss the warming pool on the top of the hotel.

Best hotel Ive have stayed room was perfect paths all over with mountains all around couldnt have a better location and view pool and hot tubs on the roof were amazing they had bikes for guests to use (saved tons of money in rentals) and it was attached to the casino!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE
Parking garage was a little tight door dented
Wifi sucked on the smart TVs
