Ummm it was a property? And that it wasn’t on fire?
I didn’t like the staff I didn’t like the accommodations. I didn’t like the lack of continental breakfast. I didn’t like the loud guests that were stomping on the floor in the room above me. I didn’t like how dismissive the night manager was when I brought up legitimate concerns and complaints about Plastic bags being placed over the smoke detectors and suspicious persons lurking in the parking lot around other hotel guests, cars, including mine.

comfortable bed, clean linens, friendly staff, decent continental breakfast
harsh lighting like in a warehouse, (5000k ?) focused in wrong places, difficult to read in bed. cleaning could have been better, grime on the toilet roll holders, yuck.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all. It did not provide any food for people with allergies such as gluten and diary. The hard boiled eggs did not look appealing at all. It was so disappointing as we had to eat out in other places.
It was a traumatizing experience. Most of the staff was inappropriate, most spots of the motel is not in a good condition, and we had a theft from our hotel room.

It was clean. The breakfast was good.
The pool and hot tub were not great. The pool was nice and warm but the water was murky. The room was really hot and the windows looked old. The hot tub jets were not working. Kids were swimming during adult swim.

Everything else. The cost for this dungeon of a room with no furniture / a dirty bathroom that has not been washed down in forever. The pictures on the booking .com website do NOT look ANYTHING like this but it was too late to find another place to stay.

This hotel has all kind of amenities from fitness room, pool and hot tub and continental breakfast. Also my room is big and spacious, this hotel is very clean and quite .And the poll is very warm and relaxing, in fact the best best pool temperature ever. And the staff are very nice and friendly.
Only one thing that we are not happy with; and that is the bed is a bit too high for my liking and it make a squeaking sound when we move and the pillows are not comfy at all.

Disappointing
Location was great and the building was quiet.
The hotel was scarce for staff. At breakfast, it was like they kept the food to a minimum. Not a great selection.
The room was in need of repair-rust, cracked walls, mould in the bathroom floor. No ventilation in the wash room.
