guests being able to smoke near the building. we were on 2 nd floor and couldn’t have the window open when prilosec were smoking below our window.

The price was relatively cheap, the breakfast was decent, a waffle maker, boiled eggs, toast, cereal, muffins and individual yogurt. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Jade Buffet, which is attached to the hotel was amazing! Not a huge Buffet selection but the quality was awesome!
The first room we walked into was like getting punched in the face with cigarette smoke, old and new! Staff immediately changed our room. The beds appeared to have been recently replaced with new ones, but Holy hell I'm pretty sure they got them from The Flintstones! They were hard as rock.

The air conditioning unit was loud so didn’t want to sleep with it on but then the room was too warm with only the fan

I liked that the breakfast room was upstairs with a window to see outside.
The restaurant had very good food.
No one there to check out. I rang bell a number of times.
Hallways not clean
Hallway to restaurant had a number of old mattresses along it.
No lamp or light by my bed.

They had vacancy
No elevator so knee injury was problematic carrying suitecase up the stairs. Room next door had a domestic issue which went on too long & in the morning all the bedding, lamps and other items were in the hallway & remained there. The whole site is dated.
