No elevator, think about it if you have seniors with you..and luggages. The staff wasn't helpful.

The breakfast warm items were the same all the days we stayed (both times). Hard boiled eggs and tater tots. There were only 2 jam flavors (strawberry or orange marmalade). The yogurt was put out on ice packs not in a mini fridge so it was warm. The pool area was nice, and kept clean. I would stay again, but I would know that I need to ask for my room to be cleaned or restocked.
The lack of room cleaning and service. We stayed from Friday-Wednesday and had no service. We had to leave out our garbage cans to be emptied and ask for toilet paper from staff etc. The same breakfast hot items every day.

Clean.
Pool was older and did not have easy access in; you have to use a ladder to get in. The pool has many dead leaves in it. The water was very cool. There is a hot tub which was ok for an older style unit. The most disappointing part was the breakfast - only hot items wee boiled eggs and tater tots, self made waffles - no breakfast meat at all. Where’s the bacon???

The place was not clean, washroom was not even clean from previous stay. Staff kept on delaying when asked to clean the room for after check-in.
