We just got married and went to Kelowna for our mini honeymoon. We stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and free parking was a bonus.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant. The free breakfast was simple but appreciated. The free coffee in the lobby was great. The location was good for my purposes between the airport and downtown.
It was expensive for a budget hotel, I've stayed in nicer for much less.
They only clean or replenish the room every 3 days unless requested to do sooner.
Having to haul suitcases up the stairs to your room is never fun.

I've been coming there 5 years in a row, and the hospitty is just beautiful. The rooms are nice. I'm always by the pool and they always accommodate me. Great bunch of people, very super nice, and the breakfast is great. There's one lady in particular that every year, I speak to wishing you all the best and thank you for your kindness. You're a beautiful woman

Location was good. Room was clean.
Very limited parking for the amount of rooms. Did not appreciate being locked out of the for our 3rd night because they said we did not extend our stay but we initially registered for 3 nights, the man at front counter was crappy to deal with.

Nice location, room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and pleasant.
We specifically requested handicapped parking, because I have mobility issues, and we were also given an accessible room. When we returned the first evening the parking in front of our room was taken and only parking available was at the front of the building. The second night all the parking was taken and we ended up parking on the side of the drive by the office. Handicapped stalls ideally should be designated to specific room numbers.

The room was compact but comfortable. It had a microwave oven and small fridge, and the desk was roomy enough for me to spread out my papers. I liked being able to park outside my door.
No grab bar in the bathtub/shower.

The carpet was dirty. Housekeeper smelled so bad of body odor on day 3 we had to air out the room for 15 minutes after she left.

Convenient location for getting to the airport.
The property is run down. You can see they’ve done some bathroom renos, but the paint on the wall in the main area is peeling, there were wet spots on the carpet, it smells musty. Even at a discount site, it is way too overpriced.
The lady who checked me in and out was not very friendly and seemed overwhelmed.
