The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The location is great with parking! Indoor pool and hot tub are a real bonus.
It is a little dated, so if you are looking for modern and updated not the place for you. I personally would appreciate a couple more pillows on my bed.

It is close to medical services and the price is reasonable. The area has many good restaurants and unique shopping.
The outside staircases need better/safer handrails.

The location is great! It is close to downtown, the lake, many great wineries, and several amenities right across the street! The rooms are spacious and a wonderful value for groups staying longer. The staff are also friendly and accommodating.
Overall, the space appears to need an upgrade. Nothing major! It just feels a touch worn down.

Good location for what we were doing. It was a bit on the pricey side, but found out we were staying on the weekend of the Canadian Country Music Awards, plus it was Kelowna in Sept, everything is pricey. We were only one night, had a 2 bedroom, kitchen unit, which was much larger than we needed for a 12 hour stay, but only one available.

Loved the location…close to restaurants, beach, grocery stores. Very clean and comfortable….even the pillows were comfy. Nice pool and spa tub. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Close to amenities and the beach. Pool is great. Staff are super friendly.
Bathrooms are tiny. Barely any counter space, like no room for multiple items. Also we're no blankets for the sofa bed, had to ask.
