Not enough hot water in the morning. Everyone had a cold shower. The smoke alarm battery was running low and started beeping every minute around 8 am. We called but nobody had come to fix it by 11am check out.

Booked and paid for the hotel on booking.com and still had to pay an additional $250.00 on top of what was already paid. My wife and I had been saving to do a nice night in Kelowna. But could not afford our dinner after because of the extra $250.00 charge that we were not told about before. We will never stay in another sandman again.

Bed comfortable. Location good.
Noise. People in and out of room at all hours. Window not very good. Heard people talking on street below and were on sixth floor. No change room at pool. Very difficult to find way around hotel. Sign not good. Would to lobby but how to get back.
