Very Poor
Hi there I booked this room today and pretty disappointed with the choice I made. This hotel?s picture are very misleading, the pictures posted are of the newly built building right behind not this one.

The location is why we stay here. We stay here every year (except the Covid years)
The front desk staff were wonderful at check in, check out not so much. The bar one restaurant was completely empty, we werent sure anyone worked there. We should NOT have eaten there. Our rooms were near the back parking lot of the main building and we found that one of the exit doors was always propped open with a rock even at night. Not the safest. The front door was busted when we left. Overall kind of disappointed this time around.

Nice room..clean
Poor security. Access door to building had card lock disabled. Fire alarm 8n the middle of the night. Security told us to go back to our room. We went downstairs and out anyway. Fire dept was getting everyone out. When I went to check out and asked about a discount they said because I did book with rhs Sandman directly and used Bookimg.com that they could only give me 20 dollars in Dennys gift cards. Another thing hotel security disappeared when the Fire Deptshowed up.and nobody took a role call to make sure everyone was out.

The pool area is nice. Location is good for shopping.
The pool was shut down, which is the entire reason we booked at this hotel. The journey from the tower rooms to the lobby is very confusing and far. Problem with homeless people camped near our parked car.

Friendly staff
First off we booked this location for it having a pool. When I booked this room I had called to confirm they had a pool. They confirmed the pool was open but on arrival we were told the pool was closed. No one informed us that the pool was closed for over a week prior to our arrival. Then I booked a room with a queen and our bed was awful small I'm sure it was only a double. Very disappointing stay
