Beds were ok,
Did not know hotel was being renovated, hot tub not open, ice machine not working, Windows did not feel secure. Bathrooms too small and the room very dark and not overly clean. Not what I was expecting for a Sandman hotel.

Staff was very friendly .
The room was not maintained very well . Air conditioner in the room made a chirping sound , so couldn’t use it and sleep. The hotel was quiet from other guests but the road noise from Harvey Ave was very loud. The fridge had all the bars in the door missing so couldn’t put any food or drinks in the door. Cabinets are worn and just look old and dirty.

Central. Close to Costco and airport. Lovely staff. Clean white bedding.
Old. Tired. Bathroom looks filthy even if they cleaned it. Bathroom sink didn’t empty. Shower tile grout full of black filth. Under construction but was not mentioned in booking site. Parking very tight.

There was no hot water on our first night stay. Second night the fixed the hot water but you weren’t able to adjust it, just super hot or super cold. Tub was super slippery with no anti slip mat. Wifi also did not working at all, kept asking you r put in your information even tho you did a minute ago

Hi,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with our stay at the Sandman.
It was not communicated to us beforehand that the hotel is undergoing renovations. The entire facility smells damp, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room is not working properly, which made our stay quite uncomfortable.
We expected a more pleasant experience and hope you can address these issues for future guests.

The room was small but reasonably comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. The desk staff was polite and competent.
The air conditioner was noisy and it was difficult to adjust the fan on it. We were provided 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one face cloth only, so we were not given a standard amount of towels.
