Disappointing
Great location near the lake and walking distance into the centre of town. Big kitchen and lounge facilities. The bed itself was comfortable and the double room an acceptable size.
Unfortunately the pillows under the cases were stained along with the mattress. The hostel wasn't very clean in all areas. The bathroom facilities were tired looking and dirty ( the walls in particular with marks and stains ) some of the taps and soap dispensers were broken.

Good location. About 5 minutes walk to downtown Kelowna and the central bus interchange.
Staff wandering around in the early hours of the morning slamming every door they could find and yelling away in to their phones. I assumed it was a South Asian Cultural thing as it happened every day for the 2 weeks I was there. Actually the Door thing is hostel wide, every door slams, and I mean SLAMS ! Don’t expect to get any sleep.

Amazing location, close to everything you need! The amenities are great, and the kitchen is very clean and well-equipped with everything you need to cook. Really enjoyed my stay!
The room felt too small for 4 people, with very limited space to store luggage. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly during my stay, and unfortunately, the room floor wasn’t very clean.

Great location with easy access to downtown.
Air con in room worked.
Room:
Did not look like the picture I booked which showed a cupboard and desk. Room I was given was very small, and without anywhere to lift suitcases off the floor so quite uncomfortable.
Only two very small bed side shelves were unpractical.
Room was very dusty under the bed.
Aircon is very noisy.
Hallway door to staircase is very noisy within room.
Staff did not make me aware of parking costs. I had to ask about this specifically after reading about it online.
Kitchen:
Poor ventilation.
Would be nice if there were some basic necessary food stuffs offered like cooking oil. Inexpensive but would make it a lot more pleasant.
Whole place is run down so not very pleasant.

Room was stinky, smelling so bad , bed was very small and not comfy at all. They try to charge you extra for opening the entrance door after hour. They also charge extra for parking however it was already free ...I won't come back again

Staff were super friendly and helpful!
Beds & rooms felt clean and fresh.
The communal areas are great and really nice to spend time in.
I found the washrooms on the second floor to be less maintained than the ones on the third floor, when I initially walked into the second floor washroom I thought it might have been out of service as there was an unused toilet just sitting facing the door with packaging all around it.
