The hotel was very clean. I am incredibly picky about cleanliness and this is the one hotel in Kelowna that hit the mark!
The staff were all amazing. They were so helpful and mind. Check in and check out was very easy.
The breakfast is included, and was so good! So many options! Fresh fruit platter, little egg frittata things, cereals, pastries, and other breads, ect. The kitchen staff even brought out mickey mouse shaped waffles for all three of my children.
The only issue was the quality of people loitering outside the hotel. A group of guys tried to harass me when I went to move my car to underground parking, and there was noise outside until 2:30 am! There was a band set up on the street just below our patio. It was so loud!!! The kids were exhausted. They all fell asleep by about 12:00. I put on Parliament TV and it knocked them out within minutes, unfortunately it didn't work for me. I spoke with the front desk about it in the morning. Apparently they were having issues with those guys for a few weeks. They call the police, but the police don't do anything.
Hopefully that will get sorted out, because this is by far one of the nicest hotels in Kelowna.
I would have rated this hotel 10/10 if it wasn't for the street traffic / people (questionable characters) directly outside the building.
