The photo in the website is totally misleading. The photo shows a view of beach from the room. But no beach is visible from my room. Also water view is NOT possible in any room in this hotel. So this is kind of fake photo which totally cheating customers like me. Actually the hotel is located quite a distance from the beach. The worst thing is the half of the rooms were facing a vary busy highway. So it will be almost impossible to sleep due to the highway noise, if you room is one those rooms.

The hotel did not charge for the day we left early
The hotel is about 10 meters away from the main highway connecting Kelowna with the rest of the Okanagan.
Our room had a balcony overlooking the freeway. The noise and the fumes from the constant traffic of cars and heavy trucks, made it impossible to use. Even with the balcony door closed the traffic noise was very disturbing and resulted in sleepless nights, making the business meetings the next day quite challenging. The hotel provided earplugs, prominently displayed on the night stand, were a clear indicator of the noise levels.
The room was a reasonable size, however the bathroom was very small. The water pressure for the shower was very low.

Location was great, we took an E-bike wine tour right from the parking lot, very close to the park and shops & restaurants.
A bit dirty, the closet tracks were full of dust, hole in bathroom wall where an old TP toll used to be, needs paint.

Disappointing
The food at the restaurant was very good as well as the serving staff. Delicious food and lovely ambiance. The hotel staff was lovely.
The bed was hammocking in the middle and it smelled a little damp from the tub in the room. We were mainly disappointed about the fact that on our booking through booking.com we were promised the Beverly Hills Suite and we did not get it. It was our honey moon night and I had booked that suite especially. We were told it was an error on Booking.coms part. If so that was a misrepresentation. We did not want to argue that night as it was late and we were tired. The staff gave us a bottle of wine as compensation which was kind, but really I should have called the next day and asked them to sort out a better discount on the room as we were there two nights and had expected a much nicer suite. Lesson learned.

The location is excellent
The pool and hot tub were green water. So we couldn't use the facilities. The bed was booked as a queen it was a very small queen bed
