pools hot tub and game room all not working or not there, misrepresentation of facilities.room was not clean smelled very musty, bath tub had shampoo stains on it so had not been cleaned very well

The whole experience first they put 4 people with only 1 bed no breakfast no wifi pool & hot tub not working not told that when booking shower curtain rod kept coming down with no one in it no microwave

Theres a two swimming pool indoor and outdoor which is good. And we had a balcony in the back. The pool water is warm thats a great job you’re thinking about your guest.
We are 4 person but only 2 towels they give us. Please check how many guest checking in and communicate with your housekeeper.

Check in was easy.. staff was helpful
The room was so gross, holes in the walls, faucets and bathroom taps were falling off and not sealed to the wall.. the walls are paper thin.. the bed was not comfortable, and the blankets felt like using one ply toilet paper to sleep on.

The place is no way closer to the posted photos. It’s an old filthy run down place. This needs to be closed down or be torn down and rebuilt completely honestly. I think it has surassed it’s service time and even not worth renovations. We woke up sick the next morning with sore throat due to bad air quality in the room. The floors were dirty, bathrooms were dirty and bed and sofa was too old and very uncomfortable. Total waste of money. Would not recommend it to others.

It was quiet, we had no one next to us. The price wasnt horrible, but they should lower it a bit considering their condition.
It was quite dirty, our room wasn’t ready in time, staff at the front desk were quite rude and kept interrupting our check-in with conversations in a different language and walking away.

Being near the jammery.
The kitchen was not great, broken appliances, ants walking around the bathroom, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, the traffic was very loud, the check in phone call had a woman crying on the other end, no sound proofing from the noisy neighbours, the pool was not usable or other facilities.
