It was dirty and overpriced. I had to go to the front desk to get a different room because the shower tap snapped off the wall. The tubs are disgusting. The rooms are disgusting.

There wasn’t very many positive things to be honest that we liked about it
The staff was very friendly
It was dirty, room, screen all ripped for the patio door, dirty bathrooms, corners unkept, chipped paint, the semi so-called closet shelves were on top of it and not inside. It was crooked drawers, broken.
There was a coffee maker, no coffee no condiments no copied offered at the office in the mornings
And it was $200 a night!
Extremely loud location on the corners of two major roads
You could hear the neighbours banging and moving things around
The beds were not very comfortable
Soft old mattresses
Lots of dirt behind the fridges around the edges of the heaters
Extremely unkept kept
The whole unit needs a renovation
Extremely loud bathroom fan
The lighting was terrible in the main sitting area and bed area
The lighting fixture was not securely attached to the wall

Location was good, loved the courtyard, lots of chairs. Place was easily accessible. AC worked great and the fridge must have been in high, my chocolate milk was perfect icy cold in the mornings
I picked this location because they had indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was emptied (sunny +30 Celsius-perfect Canada swimming weather ?) and the indoor pool and jacuzzi closed for repairs. And this is weird but, the toilet was really small and low to the ground.....almost like an elementary school facility....I'm 6feet tall, hubby 6'4 so it was awkward to say the least

Check in was easy.. staff was helpful
The room was so gross, holes in the walls, faucets and bathroom taps were falling off and not sealed to the wall.. the walls are paper thin.. the bed was not comfortable, and the blankets felt like using one ply toilet paper to sleep on.

This place was very dirty. Our first room the garbage had not been removed and there were knats in the room. The second room, the toilet had not been cleaned. This was a. Very bad and stressful experience,

We had booked a room with 2 queen beds. Instead we were given 2 rooms far apart with 1 bed each. It’s a struggle with family.

The place is no way closer to the posted photos. It’s an old filthy run down place. This needs to be closed down or be torn down and rebuilt completely honestly. I think it has surassed it’s service time and even not worth renovations. We woke up sick the next morning with sore throat due to bad air quality in the room. The floors were dirty, bathrooms were dirty and bed and sofa was too old and very uncomfortable. Total waste of money. Would not recommend it to others.

Location only
Asking for a damage deposit of $150 and the room is not clean. The sink has a clog. Not worth it for the money I spent. The staff are not accommodating most especially in reception night shift and day shift.
