Being near the jammery.
The kitchen was not great, broken appliances, ants walking around the bathroom, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, the traffic was very loud, the check in phone call had a woman crying on the other end, no sound proofing from the noisy neighbours, the pool was not usable or other facilities.

The pool and inner courtyard were nice

My experience was nothing like the advertised service or pictures. Room 368 was a disaster. I only wanted to sleep and be on my way. So didn't make a fuss about it, yet so disappointing.
The room was vary small and the kitchen, if you can call it that way, was a minimal stove countertop next to the bed.
You could tell they don't care about the room:
Wall paint was sloppy. Art was screwed straight into the wall. Wires were running along the walls. Floor was dirty. The shower had holes and mold on the wall. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was a bottle full of cigarette butts right out of the room.
The indoor water facilities were all closed in high season.
AC was way too old and loud, had to close it sleep well in the heat of August.
My car got broken in during the night and I didn't feel safe enough to keep the patio door open.
I wonder if they sold out all the nice rooms and gave us the worst one. I did reserve a month ahead of time and paid 220$ for it. I feel robbed.

It was dirty and overpriced. I had to go to the front desk to get a different room because the shower tap snapped off the wall. The tubs are disgusting. The rooms are disgusting.

There wasn’t very many positive things to be honest that we liked about it
The staff was very friendly
It was dirty, room, screen all ripped for the patio door, dirty bathrooms, corners unkept, chipped paint, the semi so-called closet shelves were on top of it and not inside. It was crooked drawers, broken.
There was a coffee maker, no coffee no condiments no copied offered at the office in the mornings
And it was $200 a night!
Extremely loud location on the corners of two major roads
You could hear the neighbours banging and moving things around
The beds were not very comfortable
Soft old mattresses
Lots of dirt behind the fridges around the edges of the heaters
Extremely unkept kept
The whole unit needs a renovation
Extremely loud bathroom fan
The lighting was terrible in the main sitting area and bed area
The lighting fixture was not securely attached to the wall
