There wasn’t very many positive things to be honest that we liked about it
The staff was very friendly
It was dirty, room, screen all ripped for the patio door, dirty bathrooms, corners unkept, chipped paint, the semi so-called closet shelves were on top of it and not inside. It was crooked drawers, broken.
There was a coffee maker, no coffee no condiments no copied offered at the office in the mornings
And it was $200 a night!
Extremely loud location on the corners of two major roads
You could hear the neighbours banging and moving things around
The beds were not very comfortable
Soft old mattresses
Lots of dirt behind the fridges around the edges of the heaters
Extremely unkept kept
The whole unit needs a renovation
Extremely loud bathroom fan
The lighting was terrible in the main sitting area and bed area
The lighting fixture was not securely attached to the wall

Location was good, loved the courtyard, lots of chairs. Place was easily accessible. AC worked great and the fridge must have been in high, my chocolate milk was perfect icy cold in the mornings
I picked this location because they had indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was emptied (sunny +30 Celsius-perfect Canada swimming weather

Location was convenient.
The hotel is completely run down. The blinds in the room on the sliding glass doors were missing slats so there was absolutely no privacy. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a sheet to cover the doors with. Unacceptable. There were many other things that could be mentioned but I won't be taking my time to comment further.

Check in was easy.. staff was helpful
The room was so gross, holes in the walls, faucets and bathroom taps were falling off and not sealed to the wall.. the walls are paper thin.. the bed was not comfortable, and the blankets felt like using one ply toilet paper to sleep on.

We phoned earlier asking if their pools and hot tub was open and front desk said yes. We ended up booking a room here for a family get away. After checking in and get settled. We found out the indoor pool & hot tub were both closed. The outdoor pool was filthy with dirt and leaves. My partner skimmed the pool himself but it needed to be vacuumed with the crud on bottom. The room was sprayed with mens axe body spray upon entering our room. Not thinking much of it. When the mens spray wore off thats when we noticed mold smells. Later found mold inside bathtub drain and bathroom smelt like mold especially under the sink. Toilet kept running every 1/2 hour the entire time we were there. Bathroom and bedroom doors were stuck when shut so made loud noises when opened. Only 2 electric outlets in entire unit one without cover. Beds are 30 years old and were saggy and super uncomfortable. Flat pillows only 2 per bed. Only 2 bath and 2 face cloths per room. No shampoo, conditoner. Heater on wall falljng off with black mold underneath. Extremely poor inside air quality, very stuffy even with window open and ac on at night. Outside bbqs had no propane tanks on them. The gas grill only 2 out of 8 burners worked. Garbage all over court yard. Homeless ppl knocking on our door or coming up to is asking for money. This motel needs some massive work done. Health and safety board would be all over it. Do not stay here!!
