The courtyard.
The bedroom had one outlet behind the bed and no ac it was only in the main space. So when I closed the door to sleep it was like a sauna.

It was quiet, we had no one next to us. The price wasnt horrible, but they should lower it a bit considering their condition.
It was quite dirty, our room wasn’t ready in time, staff at the front desk were quite rude and kept interrupting our check-in with conversations in a different language and walking away.

Front desk switched our door key when I told them it was difficult to get in the room, and they had housekeeping go to fix a couple of cleanliness concerns. They were fairly friendly.
At check in, they said they didn't have our reservation as they have been having trouble with booking.com booking rooms but not passing on the info to them, said they were fully booked, but that they were able to find us a room. On arriving at our room, we struggled to unlock and open the door with the key. The bed sheets had a big stain, the table was dirty, and one of the two uncomfortable old chairs had a big stain. The floor had a big wrecked portion in the middle. Front desk sent housekeeping to change sheets and clean table. We went out and bought sheets and a blanket for peace of mind. When sitting on the bed we kept hitting our heads on the wall sconce that was placed way too low and was loose and crooked right at head level. The sliding door to the shared back area outside was covered by old hanging blinds that turn open/closed. There were gaps making it feel like people could see in. The "You are not alone" sticker on the mirror was more creepy than comforting! The picture of the room on Booking.com showed a couch, yet there was no couch. Front desk said that booking.com was posting some of the wrong pictures of rooms, because our room wasn't supposed to have a couch. Anyways, I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. A week after our stay I still have the $150 charge on my credit card that was supposed to be credited back at check out. I called after a few days and was told it should come off right away, call them back in a few days if it didn't. They said the same thing when I called back a few days later, and said it is an issue with my credit card provider. It could be, but we'll see.

The bathroom towels were white and very nice quality.
While checking in, the clerk took a 7 minute phone call which left me just standing there ... when finished, he never even acknowledged the inconvenience.
The unit's parking was in dark area ... no lighting and evil graffiti on cement wall in front of parking stall.
The unit was HORRID! The first thing we noticed was that all of chips in floor tiles LOOKED like bugs and the shower rod had fallen onto tub and floor. I would not have bathed my DOG in the stained tub. The tap in the kitchen sink leaked a LOT and actual BUGS ran under rim of sink. The freezer of the fridge had some sort of frozen SLUDGE covering the bottom ... made it UNUSEABLE!
The MOST DISGUSTING of all though was under one of the beds in bedroom. The bedskirt was hiding GARBAGE ... like it had never EVER been cleaned!
How could we even stay there ??? Well, it was 1130pm ... had just driven for 14 hours ... and needed to leave early. We SHOULD have left but was sure there would be an argument , hassle and the $225 would end up NEVER being returned anyway.
