Bed was comfortable and the room was clean
The aquatic facilities were unusable. The outdoor pool was locked, the indoor power green, and there was human waste in the hot tub

Everything is unlikable, poor water is very dirty, When I came to check their indoor poor, it was terrible, the jacuzzi beside the has human poop floating. Both washroom are very dirty and even the sinks are clog. It was a very bad experience. Worst accommodation I have ever book.

No air flow in the rooms (we bought a couple of fans that we used); no way of contacting front desk without physically walking there; no information about the facility in the room; did not issue an actual credit card receipt; one of the beds was in front of the door so it couldn't completely open; took 10-15 minutes to get hot water flowing and not much after that...

I liked how there was an indoor & outdoor pool, back door access to the rooms is amazing.
I wasn’t the biggest fan of the lack of towels, I have a big family so we use a lot

Staff offered discount for room issues.
Over booked our room. Offered two seperate rooms, however one room smelt so badly of cig smoke it was hard to stay in there for more than a few minutes. That room was also not cleaned very well, crumbs on the floor, looked like someone had slept on the bed as the pillows were tossed around, had no blanket.
Ended up having to cram an air mattress into a small room with a queen bed for my daughter to sleep on.
