My husband travel for work and I had to call in to request for the staff to clean the suite because there were cockroaches inside the plates and the around the suite.

When we checked in, there was the previous tenants dirty laundry still in the room. There was what I think was dried jam stains all over the floor. There was also not drain rings in the tub or the bathroom sink. Also worth noting there is no bathroom fan, which is against building code.
They refused to give back our security deposit because we paid via debit not credit card, so guests be aware. That’s also not legal but they wouldn’t budge.
The staff were lovely enough, but the place was definitely super run down and not taken care of. Had the weather have been better we’d have ventured into the courtyard but it rained all weekend so unable to review that.
Previous guests dirty laundry left in room.
Jam stains all over the floor.
No drain rings/finishing in the bathroom.
No bathroom fan.
Due to weather the room was incredibly humid, but not having a hood vent fan or bathroom fan there was nothing that helped clear it up.
Refusing to return deposit because I paid on a debit card instead of credit card.
Neighbour getting stoned and vaping nonstop right outside between our doors. We could hear him hacking constantly and smell the vape or his pot constantly.

Location was very good close to shopping.The grounds were very nice and big.The staff were busy everyday cleaning,cutting grass ,preparing pool
The rooms are dated however large .Some things need updated like bathroom.The new owner needs to focus on cleaning the bathroom,ceiling fans.All the rest ok.

Customer service was excellent. All staff at the resort were extremely professional and friendly.
Rooms need a lot of maintenance. Broken tubs in the bathrooms (rotted out drain), Inefficient hot/cold water supply (either freezing or scalding, no in between) and cleanliness is mediocre. Quality for cost was not there.

We booked 3 rooms, the 2 rooms should have a kitchen but only one room have.
The other 2 rooms are horrible and smells like a smoking area. Those linens, towels, pillows smells like cigarette butts. I keep coughing inside.
I told them upon booking to make the rooms near to each other, and I called them 2 days ahead of our arrival to remind about our rooms. They gave us a room far from each other. Horrible stay!

Way overpriced. Looks like they rent out rooms by the month to folks on the welfare system. Bed & pillows were awful. Room was way to small.
