Breakfast not included; not available. The beds were comfortable.
Maintenance is definitely required throughout facility. Broken lamp. Outdoor pool out of service.The bar in closet for hanging clothes was missing. Went to wash hands and found soap box empty. Could not find control of A/C and then could not find extra blankets for bed.

About the only thing positive I could say is the bed was clean.
There was no heat. Someone came by to take a look and said someone would be around in the morning to look at, of course that never happened, then found out later it had been turned off in April. Towel bar in bathroom loose and falling off the wall, tub spout falling off the wall, when I showered water came out the shower head and bathtub spout and sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom, we had an army of ants on the kitchen floor by the fridge and was in my husbands shoes, microwave was loose on the wall - we were afraid to touch it incase it fell off. Upon first entering the unit it stunk pretty bad, I had to buy a plug in deodorizer.

Run down and reeks of cigarettes even though it says that it's non smoking
toilet was not attached to the floor in our room and was very shaky

Had a great well stocked kitchen. Decent courtyard with room for the kids to run. Good parking and access.
No smoke alarm in the room!
Kids playground really needs updated before the swings fall out of the beam and someone gets hurt.
Room really needed some cleaning, nothing a bottle of lysol wipes couldn't fix to feel comfortable enough, but I was just most concerned with not having a fire alarm. That's alot of trust putting in all the other units while my kids and I are sleeping.
I've never had to wait for a "room inspection" to check out.

Locaton was noisy. Next room Beside me left their bathroom fan on half the night. Very loud at nite. Lights were broken and TV didn't work. Bed uncomfortable.
