Spacious room, decent cleanliness, and a generally quiet and comfortable stay. There are a few dining options nearby, which makes it practical for a short visit.

Great location with plenty choices of groceries and food shopping in a walking distance. The room was nice, providing basic cooking/ heating amenities. The tranquil environment hosting us a leisure holiday.

The location was what we needed. I liked that it had a courtyard and felt safe. Some updates were big improvements. The newer furniture was appreciated and functional. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
The online listing and photo showed a pool as a big feature. It didn’t even have water and it is much smaller in person than the online photo makes it seem.
The parking spots were barely big enough for a regular vehicle. No extra room for doors or mirrors.
I appreciate that they renovated but the bathroom was so poorly done with materials like mdf alongside the tub, and just poorly done work. The electrical also looked like someone unqualified worked on it. The switches were coming apart on the walls, the bathroom fan and bathroom heater were way past their prime. Not very clean. There was hair and dust on the heater, and clearly hadn’t been wiped in some time. The shower head was high enough for a very short person. Water temperature was not consistent and I even experienced scalding hot water from the tap randomly even after it was put on warm. The bathroom was very disappointing.
One night at about 11pm I had to hear a lot of noise below us in the lobby. Sounded like a manager or owner going on and on to the front desk person about something. Much too loud. I was worried my kids were going to be woken up. It was very unprofessional. Went on for about 30 minutes. Disrupted my sleep.
The tv was far too small, and system outdated. We had trouble working it at times. Very glitchy. They tv also was wall mounted and only watchable from the sofa, not from the bed. Should have been on a swivel mount.
We brought some food with us and put it in the fridge. The next morning we discovered our food frozen as the fridge was set on level 9 of cold. Ruined a few things. Fortunately we hadn’t put much in there yet. It could have been an expensive loss of groceries if we had stocked up before. The staff should be checking the fridge temperature between guests.
