Beautiful location, enjoyed the pool.
We really missed the beautiful breakfast service that used to be on the patio.
Also the boardwalk is one of the special parts of the resort so please get it repaired. Many people were disappointed to have the waterfront walkway inaccessible.

Very nice location on the water. Lots of activities. Loved the adults only pool option! Great restaurants and friendly staff.
Our room was overlooking the water and had a beautiful view, but at night was noisy due to the restaurant being below us.

The property was good but one of the staff was horrible ! The incident happened when I was getting a coffee at the front desk and they ran out of cream and I ask one of the staff to get it and he seems not too happy about it and when he came back with the cream and I pour it and I was surprised that the cream was bad !

Great resort - multiple villas were perfect for our large group. Amenities were top notch, and location was great!
Hotel staff was a bit reluctant to help ahead of time with the booking and questions due to booking via third party booking site.

Checked in delayed , not accommodating.
Parking: charged waived due to room not ready . Busy lot, activities booked in conference rooms, hard to find a parking spot for hotel quests
Under major construction .
Elevator broken x 3/4 day. Stairs 3 flights
Suites: loud upper suite water running and could hear people walking above 0:600 hrs.
A lot of amenities not in function. Sauna closed. Gym closed . 2 indoor pools &hot tubs . Access thru parking lot .
Judo’s: Annabelle front desk
Resort fees waived due to construction & noise.
Costs : steep/parking/resort fees which is a norm , but amenities closed under construction .
