Also the boardwalk is one of the special parts of the resort so please get it repaired. Many people were disappointed to have the waterfront walkway inaccessible.

Very nice location on the water. Lots of activities. Loved the adults only pool option! Great restaurants and friendly staff.
Our room was overlooking the water and had a beautiful view, but at night was noisy due to the restaurant being below us.

The location and the view and the resort are beautiful, the weather was great too!
No water pressure in the room and lack of hot water.
When arriving it was explained to the staff that the room was booked as a gift through booking.com for us, the staff confirmed they had the credit card on file. They still required a credit card for incidentals which I provided and they assured me I would not be charged for anything else. Then when I checked out they charged the room to my credit card despite my explanation I had to go back to the person who had give us the gift and let them know this was not appropriate.
