Great resort - multiple villas were perfect for our large group. Amenities were top notch, and location was great!
Hotel staff was a bit reluctant to help ahead of time with the booking and questions due to booking via third party booking site.

Pro’s : location on the water Restaurant: food was awesome Con:s : Checked in delayed , not accommodating. Parking: charged waived due to room not ready . Busy lot, activities booked in conference rooms, hard to find a parking spot for hotel quests Under major construction . Elevator broken x 3/4 day. Stairs 3 flights Suites: loud upper suite water running and could hear people walking above 0:600 hrs. A lot of amenities not in function. Sauna closed. Gym closed . 2 indoor pools &hot tubs . Access thru parking lot . Judo’s: Annabelle front desk Resort fees waived due to construction & noise. Costs : steep/parking/resort fees which is a norm , but amenities closed under construction . . .

great location and great ammenties. I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and was suprised how large it was. 3 levels with full kitchen, laundry facilites and even a private secure parking garage attached to the villa. It was like staying in a townhome which i was pleasantly surprised with!
only negative was that the tempuarture in the hot tub was quite low. turn it up a few degrees and that would be amazing!
