We had the perfect stay. The host Anna was most welcoming and helpful. The location is within walking distance to downtown, right next to Knox Mountain and the view is great. We will be back for sure!

There was no breakfast. But the owners provided muffins and some fruit which was adequate for our needs.
The driveway into the house was very very steep, which normally wouldnt matter except if you were coming home after having a few drinks.

Anna is generous and an exceptional host. She was our tour guide for downtown Kelowna.

Host was very attentive and friendly. Very eager to please. View was superb of the city.
We were not 100% aware of all the steps. My wife's handicap made it a challenge. The host tried her best to accommodate.

Our host, Anna, was very helpful and went beyond our expectation, providing tips and suggestions on where to go and how to get there. She even accompanied us on our hike of K ox mountain Park when she was free and even provided us lunch after. She even searched her contacts on how we can get fresh cherries and was able to get us a very good deal. She's amazing.
For an elderly person, the steep driveway and stairs were a challenge.

Bed was very comfortable.

A very beautiful home in a beautiful setting
All the facilities were available to us we liked and more.
The property owners were
friendly and Anna always had a small bowl of home grown apricots for us.
The view from the main balcony is simply stunning.
I want to go back.
I will tell all my friends about this B&B.
The one small inconvenience was the shared bathroom facilities on the second floor which at the time of booking we were aware of.

The owners were extremely friendly and very helpful. They let us know where to park for the best value. They let my wife and I know about activities to do in kelowna.
The only thing I can think of as a possible concern( if you want to call it one) the lamp in the bedroom didn't work.... extremely minor in my opinion
