Property was extremely clean and tidy, and surprisingly quiet considering proximity to highway.
Disappointed with Breakfast. Limited choices for entree , fruit and dairy. Prepackaged breakfast sandwich looked good but didn’t taste that way. Area was clean and staff member friendly and helpful.

Great staff! They take care of the guests.
We were in town for a hospital visit with a loved one. It was a very stressful time. Christian and all the front desk staff went above and beyond in helping us and making our stay very comfortable. We have stayed before and we will again. 10/10 highly recommend.

Excellent value for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the pool was great for kids!
The breakfast options weren’t the freshest (bread was pretty stale). But reasonable for the price point.

The room was fine, a little old but it was clean. Please note that there shouldn't be any carpets in hotel rooms as it is unhealthy.
As for the breakfast, we were extremely dissapointed. We have never experience a breakfast of this kind in all of our travels. Everything was processed: muffins, eggs, meat, etc. There were no fresh fruits (apples, oranges, bananas) or yogourt. The orange juice tasted like watered down Tang packet. We ended up eating 2 toasts and threw out the rest.
We have never seen extremely high saturated fats processed food for breakfast. It was very surprising to see that your hotel was offering such an unhealthy meal to their customers.

The cleaning lady cleaned out the room before we checked out when we went for coffee. Omg I can’t believe she should not do it before she gets told by front desk staff that people have checked out go clean.my stuff that I left behind that I would take when checking out she had in garbage which she pulled out. Some stuff missing. Couldn’t take it because it touched garbage

Advertised electric car charging but they charge $30 to charge your car which is an outrageous price. The best western lets you charge for free.

The hot tub, the updated rooms and overall layout, as well as the excellent location, and helpful staff. The breakfast items were mostly decent with their variety. We were allowed to switch rooms for the 2nd night, which was greatly appreciated, including some of our food/beverage items being stored in the staff fridge (thanks again).
The front room facing Harvey Avenue was too noisy (admittedly, I am a noise sensitive sleeper). The beds were too soft in both rooms for my wife's and my preference. The 2nd room we moved to had a smoke odor, as well as a staple on the carpet and a couple of hair on the bed cover (lacking attention to detail with cleaning). The breakfast sandwich, although a nice option, was not tasty, and the indoor pool temperature was too cold for our liking.
