There was no doorstop for the handicap room to keep the door open to wheelchair in a person needs to be fixed, and there are no glasses in the room

The hot tub, the updated rooms and overall layout, as well as the excellent location, and helpful staff. The breakfast items were mostly decent with their variety. We were allowed to switch rooms for the 2nd night, which was greatly appreciated, including some of our food/beverage items being stored in the staff fridge (thanks again).
The front room facing Harvey Avenue was too noisy (admittedly, I am a noise sensitive sleeper). The beds were too soft in both rooms for my wife's and my preference. The 2nd room we moved to had a smoke odor, as well as a staple on the carpet and a couple of hair on the bed cover (lacking attention to detail with cleaning). The breakfast sandwich, although a nice option, was not tasty, and the indoor pool temperature was too cold for our liking.
