Our room faced the road, so we were woken up all night by the sound of cars and motorbikes. The soundproofing is very poor. In addition, the water was constantly flowing outside the toilet, the shower barely worked. The sheets were quite worn, with threads sticking out of them. Therefore, the hotel needs many improvements, and the renovation needs an immediate update.

It was a typical medium priced hotel. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub so I can’t comment on those facilities. Breakfast was so, so. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Good location, 15 minute walk to waterfront, eateries, shops etc. Good, clean, basic accommodation and lovely to have use of a pool on a hot day too!
On a busy, noisy main road so I needed earplugs at night!!

Great staff! They take care of the guests.
We were in town for a hospital visit with a loved one. It was a very stressful time. Christian and all the front desk staff went above and beyond in helping us and making our stay very comfortable. We have stayed before and we will again. 10/10 highly recommend.

Door handle installed backwards. Shorted use pillows for two people. Breakfast was burtal fake and absolutely nothing.cost was 600 a night for last second but I rented a room for 300 and the following day it was for 234. So its such bull there. Save yiur money spend the extra fees and get something that isn't from the 1970 with low quality finishes
