Ita quiet and it is so closed by to the marina & the exterior and interior are exquisite in my opinion. Parking is also spacious.

Good breakfast and location. Staff were very attentive, professional and kind. The room was beautiful.
The room had beautiful skylights, which made it look lovely. But it also meant you got woken up very early by the light!

I booked the stay through booking.com. Unfortunately, i had a car accident on my way to Kelowna and i had to cancel my entire trip. I contacted Chatham House right away to let them know that i wont be able to stay due to the accident. After I was sent home and healed from the car accident, i called booking.com and Chatham House about free cancellation request (it was still within the reservation date). At first, i called the House and asked them if they could kindly make an exemption for free cancellation for my situation. They said the reservation was booked through booking.com and it was the booking.com policy that free cancellation cannot be made once the reservation was confirmed. Then I contacted booking.com and they understood my situation and can request free cancellation for me, but it is up to the propertys decision to accept this request.
With booking.com being okay with this free cancellation request, i have been contacting the House multiple times since then trying to get in contact with them about their decision. However, i was first told that they were working on this issue and then i tried to call the property multiple times but no one picks up the call, and i also tried to contact the property through messaging them on booking.com but no response either.
I feel frustrated and disappointed about the whole communication. I was initially very looking forward to the stay at Chatham House but the accident happened. They did offer to provide credit voucher for my future stay at first, but i was hoping to get full refund to my original credit card because i wasnt sure when i would come back again. But now with they being silent and not responding my request at all, i feel that i would not want to stay with Chatham house again because of their poor communication.

Truly fantastic house in walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. Would have loved to stay longer.
Absolutely nothing to complain about here, pure perfection. I can't imagine anyone having any concerns at all.

Great service, friendly staff and huge room (we stayed in the garden room). Janet the text concierge service was v helpful and responsive. Breakfasts were prepared and served with so much care and attention, something different every day.
Not sure whether we should have expected this or not but rooms werent serviced/ turned down during our stay (3 nights). Breakfasts were amaaazing but served punctually at a set time of 8.30 each day, rather than an available time window. Slightly further outside the main town area than we expected but it was a nice walk in (20 mins to the busy area).

We had a wonderful stay at the Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and freshly made for us. It was easy and safe to park on site. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The patio was very nice too and even had a jacuzzi. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Our room was amazing. Clean, comfortable and even had a little tea kitchen. There was a hot tub outside, I loved to use. The Beakfast was just delicious, so you had another reason to get out of bed in the morning
