Location was excellent.
Many amenities.
The staff member who checked us in was unwelcoming. This tainted our first impression which was unfortunate as we did like the room. He didn’t provide an overview of the facilities and only answered questions we asked as opposed to offering helpful information about the hotel or area. In short, he seemed sour and disinterested.

Super funky decor, very laid back and much cooler than me. Great location in downtown Kelowna, within walking distance of parks and rests. I had a ground floor room so loading and unloading the car was a breeze.
Not enough electrical outlets.. I had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in my computer.
Toilets were very low for my arthritic knees
