The marina location was nice and the view of the lake was nice.
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised or expected. From the moment we arrived, the issues started piling up:
• Room Condition: The room itself had a noticeable stain on the seat, setting a poor tone right away.
• Amenities Misleading: The hotel advertised tea and coffee service in the room, yet there were no tea bags or a kettle provided. When I asked about this, I was told to go to the restaurant. Only after insisting did a staff member reluctantly hand over a few tea bags—still without a kettle. I had to specifically request one later.
• Housekeeping Issues: On the first night, housekeeping didn’t even service our room. When they finally did on the third day (after I asked at the front desk), they failed to replace all the towels and left us with a roll of the cheapest, roughest toilet paper imaginable. Completely unacceptable for the price we paid.
• Parking & Service Failures: On the second day, there was no parking available in the lot and no valet staff in sight. The front desk’s solution was to send me to another parking lot, leaving me wandering around for 10 minutes trying to sort it out.
• Cleanliness of Common Areas: Old food plates were left sitting in the hallway for three days straight, attracting fruit flies—a disgusting and unhygienic sight.
• Overall Service: Staff service throughout our stay was dismissive and unhelpful, with every request feeling like an inconvenience to them.
This was supposed to be a special weekend celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday, but instead it turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. For the price charged, the quality of service and standards were shockingly poor.

We had booked the hotel and dinner to celebrate our engagement and were very disappointed. Our room felt unclean - the flooring by the window had bubbled up, an alarm clock went off multiple times in the middle of the night, the coffee pods had not been emptied from the coffee maker and the people before us. The bathroom had not been updated. The property is directly next to a massive construction site (we had no idea). We had dinner beside a bachelorette party, our server was great but she was overwhelmed - I wound up having to go to the bar inside to get butter and water for our table myself.
