Breakfast was great, the attendant gentleman is a real asset to your facility. He made our stay so much more enjoyable.
A wonderful man. Everything was great. It is in a great location. There was enough parking.
The bathtub has a big permanent stain so not appealing. Other than that there were no other problems. Except the railings on both pool and hot stub were loose and shaky.

Wonderful
The breakfast was great! Lots of choices between cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, pancake bar, omelettes, hashbrowns, a mountain of bacon and sausage, toaster for bread, bagels, English muffins, etc. The man who was running all the hot food out was lovely and came around to everyone's table, offering fresh, hot items right out of the kitchen. We did turn in our somewhat cool omelettes for fresh hot ones. He was amazing!!! I wish I had gotten his name. We gave him a generous tip.
I wish more people tipped those employees who work a complimentary breakfast buffet at a hotel. He went above and beyond for all the guests there.
I don't like to say there was anything I didn't like, but one piece of information I would pass on to the property, seeing as they accommodate dogs (on the second floor). This was a selling point for us. Before I booked this hotel online, I phoned the property and asked if there was an outdoor space (I specified grass) for dogs to use the bathroom. The girl who answered the call said, "Yes". I asked if it was close to the outside entrance, as my elderly dog sometimes has to get up in the night to go to the bathroom and is picky about having a grass-like area to do her business. Again, she said yes, "in the parking lot area."
Once settled in after our 5 pm arrival, I took my dog for a walk to find the dog area. There wasn't one nearby at all. The only space around the hotel property/parking lot/area was (muddy) garden beds with dirt. There was no grass at all. I had to walk down the road to find a grassy spot on the property of a government building. Not a big deal, but at 3 a.m., when your dog has to go out, it's a 3+ minute walk in the dark to get there. All I wish is that I had been given accurate information, as I would have possibly checked around other hotels in the area. If they offer dogs to stay at the hotel, I would think they would provide a designated area for them to relieve themselves on the property.
Again, this isn't to take away from the overall stay; everyone was lovely, and our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Just a heads up to pet owners who are picking this hotel with their pets in mind. I'm sure many guests' pets won't be picky about relieving themselves in dirt/garden bed like mine ;)
