So glad we found this place! The location is on the outskirts of Kelowna . Our large room had a fireplace and a balcony, with a lovely view of the mountains. Across the street is an apple orchard. Hillcrest is a combination farmers market, cafe and inn. There are about 5 rooms on the second floor, so be sure to book early if you want to stay there. Breakfast was included--you just order from the menu. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Love this place in Kelowna. Huge bathroom. Comfy bed and the room is large. Added bonus is the yummy breakfast is top notch! Safe area too.

The traffic was loud and there seemed to be a dog barking in one of the rooms in the middle of the night. Even though there is no pets allowed.

When asking for more pods for coffee the dark haired young girl said this isn't a hotel its a B&B, when we googled what B&B's provide the answer was they provide coffee. We stayed 4 nights. I guess if you do not provide coffee then why do you have a kerig and coffee pods in the room? My husband was offended with her answer.

Location agreed weeks in advance to early checkin before 1PM and confirmed when we called but room was not ready. Staff no idea about hospitality business and no help with local information. Rooms face noisy highway.

Everything!
The door to the wonderful deck was open, and because I arrived in the middle of the night I didn't see it open, I slept all night with the door open, not good for my feelings of safety.

Hosts are friendly and the Peach room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable! We will definitely stay here again.
We arrived after 4:00pm so had to call the host who didn't answer the phone so I had to leave a message. Which left us outside wondering what to do. Fortunately there was a second phone number and it all worked out.
