Breakfast was enjoyable.
The CCMA awards were happening when I stayed so there was more noise and activity which was no fault of the hotel. I tried to book two more nights but couldnt. Lucky to have found a room across the street.

The breakfast was served great and the food was amazing location was wonderful you can see all the mountains in your view

I like the location because its near the mall, restaurants, and is located just beside walmart.
The water in their pool is color green, it looked gross to swim at. Also, we have a 7hrs travel time, When I called the front desk to inform them that we will be arriving a bit late, we were told that we do not have a reservation eventhough I called a few weeks before that day because Im aware that those kind of things could happen. We arrived at the facility and still the same lady I talked to over the phone kept insisting that she can’t see that we have a reservation. Oh! Before that, while I was talking to her over the phone she hang up on me, I was so pissed. I told my husband to talk to front desk once we arrive because I have a bad control over my temper. The other guy in the front desk noticed that I am walking back and forth in the lobby to calm myself while my husband is talking to the rude lady. Few minutes ago, the guy insisted to help us (thank God) in a few minutes he found a reservation and his face changed when the lady is still defending herself that she wasnt able to see that resevation. I hope next time they put someone knowledgeable in the front desk, not someone who look and act stu**d. Maybe its best to put her in the restaurant. We came to relax and not think about work for just 5 days but ended up stressed and mad on the first day. Also, we were in a family room, since we travelled with our senior mom’s, my husband and I slept on the sofa bed, you can feel the spring on the bed, no foam just spring and we were just given a comforter to spread on the mattress so we will feel the spring a little bit. If not for the uncomfortable sofa bed, green pool, and rude front desk, I would have given a 10/10 but for the experiences mentioned, 3/10. My review is to serve as warning for others looking to book here. Not every experience is the same for every guest though so book at your own risk.

We are traveling a lot and this hotel is the best so far. Stuff is very nice. The room was cleaning every morning!!! Great breakfast where you can find anything you like . Hotel is very cleaned. Looks like the manager is very organized. Great job!!! Keep it up!
