Just off Harvey Ave., Kelowna’s through road. Very close to a White Spot restaurant. 10-min drive to the heart of downtown. Breakfast bar had eggs.
Pool was closed.

Very old, pool closed, bed way too soft, right beside firehall so sirens woke us up a couple of times. For $400 for the night I would have expected more.

The hotel and our room were very clean. The bed is so comfy. Breakfast was good. The staff is very kind and helpful. Special thanks to T Jay, who helped us during breakfast, and to the lobby staff (admin), who helped us obtain change for the bus. Sauna is a real bonus.
The hot tub was broken, and it was not mentioned upon booking. We were only informed when we arrived at the hotel. Hopefully, the sauna was good.
The only concern was the deposit of $ 150, which was not returned until after we arrived home, causing some unnecessary worry. The deposit should be returned upon checkout so that guests can check the room together with the housekeeping.

Some people rate the location as excellent since it's right across from the mall. It is a pretty busy area. A little noisy yet room was quiet.

Location was perfect for us as it was close to our grandchildren who we were there to see ! No time for breakfast as they are up early.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.
The bathroom fixtures were very dated. Furniture in the room showed quite a lot of wear and was also very dated.

The property is central close to the mall. There’s a liquor store, white spots, right handy for food and is close to many facilities that and restaurants.
The continental breakfast could offer a little bit more. Would like to see some bagels for the cream cheese and a few more options besides cereal and toast. But it is better than not having anything either as well.
