The staff were great during our initial check-in. They were friendly and very accommodating, which allowed us to check in early after a long day of travel. The location was also convenient for our needs, providing easy access for our exam.
The Wi-Fi service was completely non-functional during our stay, which is a major issue in today's environment. Compounding this, the policy for extending our reservation was extremely poor. The rate quoted for an additional night was disproportionately high and felt like an attempt to overcharge us. It was disappointing that despite the great staff service initially, this policy failure made us book a room somewhere else, resulting in a very bad experience for the rest of our trip.

Was a great overnight stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable and quiet. Our dog was welcomed and dog dishes were in the room for his arrival. Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel is older, bathroom toilet and tub were yellow. Didn’t affect our comfort at all. Shower had great water pressure too

Very pet friendly, room came with dog bowls, reception was fabulous, we left something in the room and Dilworth phoned several times to keep us informed of the return. Absolutely exceptional customer service

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine, hair dryer, fridge, and microwave. The hotel has a small pool and sauna, and the breakfast was good — maybe not like an all-inclusive, but definitely enough to feel full. At night it was very quiet, which we really appreciated.
