Pleasant
Location was perfect for us as it was close to our grandchildren who we were there to see ! No time for breakfast as they are up early. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
The bathroom fixtures were very dated. Furniture in the room showed quite a lot of wear and was also very dated.

Wonderful
The property is central close to the mall. There’s a liquor store, white spots, right handy for food and is close to many facilities that and restaurants.
The continental breakfast could offer a little bit more. Would like to see some bagels for the cream cheese and a few more options besides cereal and toast. But it is better than not having anything either as well.

The Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a very good basic accommodation for Kelowna. The location is excellent. They allow pets. We brought out dog so we had a pet-friendly room. Breakfast is good--not fancy but enough variety for everyone. This was our third or 4th stay at his hotel--it is our go-to place for Kelowna.
The bed could be more comfortable, but really, no complaints.

Was a great overnight stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable and quiet. Our dog was welcomed and dog dishes were in the room for his arrival. Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel is older, bathroom toilet and tub were yellow. Didn’t affect our comfort at all. Shower had great water pressure too

Wonderful
Breakfast was really good and the person who was looking after that also very caring and help full. He was keeping the area clean and helping whoever needed anything. Good service.
No ironing board and sink needed plunger as water was not draining.
