I loved the pool and the courtyard. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had air conditioning.
I also loved the breakfast being included. It was a good start to our day. Next time I will ask to be in the courtyard because it was really very nice
The way the breakfast is set up it tends to get very congested in the corner where the coffee and juice are. Because of the pancake machine and people are waiting for their pancakes (even though it is only two minutes) it tends to get backed up in there. We were there for four days and each day there were long lineups.

There is an ice machine and an elevator, which makes access very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the air conditioning works very well. The room was very clean and fresh, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool was excellent — our whole family really enjoyed it.
The breakfast area was too small, with barely any space to move. We had to wait a long time to use the toaster and pancake machine. There were too many people, and the food was not replenished quickly enough.

Zero hot water for 3 nights. Super frustrating. Staff offered no compensation.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was not great. Hot hard-boiled eggs and soft bacon was the "hot" part of the breakfast. No choices such as scrambled eggs or sausages.
