The beds where terrible, just mattress with no box spring, metal frame that creaked and groaned with every movement. Fan in bathroom was like a jet plane and toilet ran on.
No restaurants within walking distance other than A & W and Starbucks.

Quiet, clean premises. Organized and efficient staff. Breakfast offered variety of cereals, mini muffins, yogurt, pancakes, toasts, juices, tea and coffee, eggs and bacon.
Although the room itself is a bit small ,I noticed the design of the room is wheelchair friendly.

Only one pancake machine was working and the lady just turned off everything even some guests were still fall in inline for the pancake.

Rooms are remodeled and clean. Easy parking with visula of vehicle from room. Close access to Kelowna airport. staff was warm and attentive.
Newly installed corner shower is SAD. Lucky I am 5 foot tall. My 6 foot husband could barely fit let alone turn around. So if a good shower is your deal this is NOT the place . Breakfast was also sad. Cold room with pre pack specials awful coffee.

The room was not completely clean , beds were very uncomfortable, tp holder broke right away , did not disclose online you needed to have the physical credit card to check in after I used it online and a pre authorization takes 2 days very inconvenient

Room design was very modern and enjoyable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a great night sleep.
Hot water never got very hot. Television and remote control were difficult to control, there was bad communication between the two I guess
