Neighbouring properties were sketchy. Didn’t feel safe walking back to the hotel at night.

It has a very good breakfast that is complimentary when you take a room
Prices in Kelowna are high it probably has nothing to do with the hotel it has to do with Kelowna it's a very expensive city

Breakfast was basic, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Quiet and centrally located. The courtyard is nice and the pool/ jacuzzi were refreshing.
The pillows were very large and kinked the neck. Forgot to bring my own pillow.

New rooms felt well put together. Ample parking off street. Great for a night passing through.
The breakfast was disappointing - minimal selection and mostly all taken when we got there. The wifi was also a bit dicey but generally worked.

The room was clean and comfortable. There is free parking onsite. Small continental breakfast selection is included.
The location is fine if you have a car. It's about a 10 minute drive into downtown Kelowna.

The check in person gave us some fruit and yogurt when we checked in which was really appreciated as we had an early flight to catch, thank you
There was a gravel truck outside our room with the engine running for nearly 30 minutes at 2:30am approximately. We had an early start and were disturbed. The guy was shouting about getting a room and was obviously unsuccessful as when we left at 4:00am he was nowhere to be seen

Breakfast was ok
I requested for late check out which was okayed. We just needed extra sleep as our sister passed away at the hospital early morning and we were at hospital til late so didn’t have enough sleep. Cleaning just opened door early and disturbed us.
Also there were red stains on the bedsheet that looked like blood mark or sharpie mark
