It was all good except there was a problem with the furnace.
I arrived very late. It was a cold night and the furnace did not work so the bed and room was rather chilly. I had to wear lots of clothes to bed and still did not get warm for the rest of the night. I mentioned this to 2 staff in the morning. My suggestion is have an extra blanket available should this were to happen again.

Getting to the inn is awful. Especially coming from the north.
The fact the washroom didn't have a sink in the washroom. How many guests use the toilet and then open the door. Fecal matter probably everywhere in every room.

Location, clean and breakfast
During our stay, the TV didn’t work properly, and we had experienced the same issue on a previous visit. The guests next to us were noisy until after 1:30 a.m., and our room phone didn’t work when we tried to call reception. We reported everything in the morning, but although staff apologized, we didn’t feel heard. Due to these issues, we will not be staying at the property again.

I only popped in to get a coffee.
There was not mat at the door. It was raining and when entering the room we were tracking wet marks all over.

Good location. Breakfast was better than expected.
Room layout strange with sink outside the bathroom ie no sink in bathroom . Shower fixtures inconvenient for short people . Should have flexible hose and handspray end.
