Clean and spacious rooms. The staff who helped us check in was professional and helpful.
The hotel is going through renovations at this moment. The working hours are limited but it looks a bit untidy. We had a heater on before going to the bed but had to turn it off due to large noise from the heater.

My recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were simply wonderful, ensuring a great night's sleep. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. Serving food on disposable plates with disposable forks and spoons is just terrible. It's inconvenient and unpleasant to eat from them, and it's outrageous that the hotel cannot afford to provide proper ceramic plates and cutlery for the convenience of its guests. Additionally, the pastries were completely stale. The breakfast warrants maximum complaints, and if it is included in the room rate, next time I would prefer a room without breakfast.
Furthermore, the toilet being at knee height is just ridiculous; it's uncomfortable to sit down and stand up. Overall, while the bed was great, the rest of the experience fell short.

I liked that staff had taken the time to turn on an interior light and turn up the heat as I was a very late arrival (1am). The room was spacious, updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows - the most imprtant factor for me as it is difficult for me to get a decent sleep away from home.

Breakfast bar was great, and the staff was friendly.
When they sent me an email with the option to tip the staff, we decided the kitchen staff could use a $5 tip and went ahead to fill out the process to do so. Later I find a transaction for $6.99 based on the $5 tip we paid. The transaction fee of $2 is ridiculous and wasn't even mentioned otherwise we wouldn't have done it. Also the pool was way over chlorinated and the entire family, especially myself had red irritated eyes and for the whole evening I couldn't even look at the light without.sunglasses on. The pool for my kids.
Dirty in the lobby. Not enough shampoo or toilet paper in the suite. The receptionist wasnt friendly.
I stayed more than 1 hour over the phone with Booking and the Property 2 days before my check in and my staying wasnt updated when I arrived at the hotel. The receptionist wast friendly and I felt bad like if I was asking for favor and not for service

Great location. The bed was a king and so comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
We were there during a provincial soccer tournament so had non stop kids up and down the hall. Driving each other on the luggage cart, running up and down the stairs, jumping off beds above. However, the 2nd night was better. The staff went above and beyond to help. I would stay here again, but not when kids are booked there

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice.
The waterslide was perfect for the kids.
I didnt realize how much was being renovated. I do think there should have been a discounted rate. Breakfast is was meh, wish there was a few more healthier options.

The room itself was fantastic! The pool was a nightmare and everything else was under construction.
The pool was a nightmare due to being sooo cold, soooo loud (the echo in there is stupid so it sounded like there was 200 people in there) and I had to go ask for towels twice. They definitely werent checking up on it. Not the cleanest pool area either. The entire lobby was under construction which I was unaware about upon booking. They had sectioned off a piece of the room thats under construction for the breakfast area.. not only the fact that everything was covered in dust, but it was beyond congested.
We were sardines in a can. Hopefully
It will get back to normal there soon
