Wonderful
Generous room. Newish and therefore nice and modern. Comfortable bed and good quality linen.
Breakfast included was also great
The location was for us not that great. Quite industrial. Not really any great choice of restaurants/eateries nearby.

The rooms were massive! And the complementary breakfast was quite good. Access from the highway and proximity to the airport were all incredible! The staff was very friendly as well.
There were a lot of children that were making noise in hallways and in the rooms around us. The breakfast room was often very full.

The loaction was great. And there was a free charging station for the car. The size of the room was great.

Great selection of foods for breakfast. Coffee was really good. Two types of waffles in two flavours. Wide selection of juices and cereals. Excellent location just off the highway but no noises heard. Lots of charging stations nearby for out electric car (lots of Tesla chargers on site).

Smooth check-in.
Bathroom was not cleaned properly.
Breakfast buffet had very limited options. There were not even boiled eggs, hot milk etc.. Informed the same at reception but the response was that it’s a standard breakfast across all 3 star hotels. Also that, by paying around $200 per night we cannot expect breakfast options similar to Radisson or Marriott. Very disappointing answer.

Location
To be candid, my experience during this stay was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected when booking a relaxing weekend. I understand that power outages are sometimes unavoidable, but the issues that followed were preventable and unacceptable.
When power was restored, the AC unit in our room failed to turn back on. The window in the room only opened slightly due to a stopper, making it impossible to cool the space adequately. By 2:30 AM, after enduring the heat for hours, I called downstairs. I was informed that no maintenance staff were available until 9:00 AM, and my only option was to move rooms.
This meant packing all of our belongings and getting dressed in the middle of the night. The initial room we were sent to (Room 226) could not be accessed, even your master key didn’t work. Eventually (around 3:10AM after having to sit in the lobby), we were given Room 102. While the AC was functioning there, the room was uncomfortable, lacked the partial view I had paid for, and was lit by a bright light from an adjacent building—making sleep nearly impossible (even with blinds to close).
The next morning (around 8:30am), my husband spoke with the front desk to raise our concerns. We were offered two options: return to our original room (now supposedly repaired but was told maintenance did not show until 9:00am so this was confusing) or move to a room on the 4th floor. We chose the latter, but only then were we informed that the room would not be available until after 4 PM and we’d need to check out in the meantime (meaning we would not even have a room we could come back to if we wanted to rest). This critical detail was not communicated up front, which added unnecessary stress and frustration.
Ultimately, we chose to return to our original room—again requiring us to pack up and move. Though the AC was now working, the damage to our weekend was already done. This was meant to be a peaceful escape following the funeral of my mother just days prior, but
