We love this place, we stay here every time we are in Kelowna.
Sometimes other guests can be loud, or some not so nice people hang out in the parking lot but it’s always been safe.

We were immediately greeted by the kindest staff. I forgot the ladies name but she was a diamond. She also spoke to my bf and I as I left. She also upgraded our room on 2nd july. Hope that’s enough info, she deserves so much praise. 5 star service even without the upgrade.
Honestly we booked this as we were going through to Banff. We made a HUGE mistake. Not staying longer. It was the best hotel in terms of value for money, the best bed and great tv selection.
We only had one night and explored downtown. Kelowna is so beautiful. We’ve been to Vancouver, Victoria, Banff and Jasper. All stunning but this one really grabbed me. I could see myself living here. Book for more nights, you won’t regret it.

Nice decor and clean. Very comfortable main areas and the pool was amazing. We loved the pool.

Easy to find location. Good parking, value for money. Good sized towels in bathroom.
Hairdryer was like a child’s toy and no use for an adult woman’s hair.

I liked the pool and fitness centre.
I know that this is not the typical expectation for hotels to provide, but it would be nice for the hotel to have spare toothbrushes, make up remover, or other things that one could forget on hand. I went to reception asking for make up remover and they didn’t have it available. With the significant cost of hotels now, it would be a nice touch and remove some of the stress from travelling and not being home.

We have always relied on The Capri as our place to stay when in Kelowna.
The cost was far too high for a tiny room with 2 queen beds without space to place open luggage other than on the floor. Rooms like this were fine forty years ago when we were in our 20’s and could care less. Other than an office desk chair there was no other furniture. Not good value for $1100 for 3 nights. I understand we could have got a suite but I’m just comparing cost to value. It was a place to sleep. Our room was noisy with HVAC and other piping. I don’t know if we were charged for breakfasts but we never had any. Just to be clear, I have always enjoyed our stay at The Capri and have never had issues or negative thoughts in the past and I have rented rooms there since I was in my late teens in the 70’s.

Not much.
I specifically requested a room with a sofa as I need to sleep sitting up. Not only was there no room available with a sofa, The front desk man did not care at all. The pop machine didn't work and the TV had to be fixed. He also kept saying that it was a larger room as if that would help the fact that there was no sofa and the room was so tiny. Hardly any room at all between the beds and the dresser.
