They upgraded us to a premium Queen room
It said complimentary breakfast but we only received 2 vouchers for a family of 4.
We had a do not disturb sign up outside our door and they were vacuuming at 8am

Numerous Hockey tournament young kids were to noisy running up and down the halls late evenings. They also dominated the swimming pool periodically to the extent other guests couldn’t enjoy the facility.
