easy to book and locate. Centrally located in the area. Room was neat and tidy.
Although a standard room was booked, it would have been nice to have more than one comfortable chair and a desk chair. As it was a queen sized bed and expectation is a couple booking. it would have been nice to have 2 comfortable chairs and little or small table.
the mattress was older as it had no remaining side support when sitting on bed.

The bed was visibly sunken in the middle with thin pillows. The HVAC system was noisy and finicky

Wonderful
It is a very nice hotel in a good location, staff were friendly.
We felt for the price of the hotel our room should have been refreshed with at least coffee every day. We had to ask at the front desk to get extra and the last night they didn’t have enough. Other than that all was good.

They upgraded us to a premium Queen room
It said complimentary breakfast but we only received 2 vouchers for a family of 4.
We had a do not disturb sign up outside our door and they were vacuuming at 8am

Numerous Hockey tournament young kids were to noisy running up and down the halls late evenings. They also dominated the swimming pool periodically to the extent other guests couldn’t enjoy the facility.
