Everything. Everything about this accommodation is perfect. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well equipped. In addition, guests have a large living room to spend time in if they wish. The house sits high up above Lake Oganagin with a wonderful view from a deck that the guests have direct access to and can sit admiring the view. The hosts are lovely people and a joy to talk to. And the breakfasts are incredible!

Merle and Lou are delightful hosts, they were warm and welcoming and provided for our every comfort. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a lovely view of the lake. The breakfast of waffles fresh fruit and cream was the perfect start to our day. Thanks so much Merle and Lou for making us feel right at home! We'll definitely be back next time we need a place to stay in Kelowna! Katrina and Greg.

Merle and Lou were truly wonderful hosts and we feel privileged to have had the opportunity to meet them and stay with them. The location was beautiful with lake views and the room was clean, spacious and homely. We only stayed one night but instantly felt at home. Merle made us a delicious breakfast and we had one of the best mornings of our trip talking about their interesting and inspirational life experiences. I cannot rate this place enough. We felt so sad to have to say goodbye!

Merle and Lou are wonderful hosts with great life stories to tell. They share their amazing home with their guests and have a great ambience. Breakfast was delicious, made by Merle who used to be a breakfast chef.
The B&B is in a quiet location with amazing views over the lake. There is a little beach with a bench just a 5 min walk away to take a swim or just sit and admire the views in the evening.
We would love to come back if the opportunity ever arises.
