Disappointing
Can't beat the price. Interior of rooms were fairly clean. Staff was polite.
The location, while convenient for car travel, is in a not-so-great area of the city. Some yelling from guests noticed. Drug use in the parking lot. The building is an older and basic property, and while the interior of the room was clean the common areas were less so, and a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke is present (even in non-smoking rooms). Fleece blanket offered had burn holes in them and some marks that resembled ash.

Outside of hotel seems outdated and hallway have carpet which smells a bit but room was clean no smell. Not a great view but acceptable for the price

Very inexpensive, quiet, central, very clean
It's an older motel. But it was very clean. It could use a renovation. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The price was great.

nothing really. This is not a reflection of the one staff member I saw. They did their job.
The smell of second hand smoke filled the building and the room. I think people are living there. Nothing wrong with that, however they need to choose to be in hospitality or a low cost housing facility. Really either tear it down and build new or convert to an SRO. If it was a $79/night place I can see some value for some travelers. For the $150 I paid, it was way over priced.

Disappointing
The motel met the expectations for the price. The staff was wonderful. I didn't feel overly safe there, especially with my young daughter. I witnessed a man smoking meth on one of the picnic tables and a number of other random people riding bikes, walking through the property.

There is no 24/7 customer service.
They dont even tell you what they close on Booking.com.

Wasnt very clean, there is rarely an employee on property. As well as there are people who live there year rounds picking thru the dumpsters. Also the fire alarm was taken out upon arrival.

I didn't like anything, but I did like that the room was clean.
I didn't like that the motel was townhouses being converted into a hotel. I didn't like that I was put up in the farthest corner of the hotel. It was super cold. The TV worked but the sound didn't always work. There was a fridge and a coffee station, but there was to much furniture. The drawers all had garbage in them. I was not impressed. There also was no microwave. The front attendant wasn't there when needed. Very short staffed.

Seemed clean enough.
Although staff were friendly at check in, it sounded like people were working in the hallway until at least 2am. The location is right next to the highway, so unless you like to listen to loud traffic and people talking most of the night, I would recommend staying elsewhere.
