Clean, comfortable, and very well-run motel. The rooms are well maintained. The service is friendly, and it’s clear the owners take pride in the property. There are lots of food options nearby, and the location is very convenient. The price point is excellent for the area. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a very good stay at Canada’s Best Value Inn Kelowna. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The New renovation of the room was superb nice.
For the price, this motel offers great value. The location is convenient, and the property is clean and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Kelowna

The staff at front desk was very friendly upon entry. The rooms were very clean and it was a very convenient location for me and my partner! Great price point for it being so close to DT as well. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we’re in town!

The room space was good
The first room that we got didn’t had latch/ lock in the bathroom . So we called the receptionist and she came in and pretended that as if we broke the lock and she said ok I I’ll give you other room . And also in the lobby she didn’t welcome very well and her face looked like frustrated

curtains were too small to cover window, window air conditioner blew straight at the bed (1' away). Asked for more coffee packages the second morning and was told 10am was the earliest to get them.

Sketchy people staying in some of the suites. One person was super drunk/high and was following us around the parking lot making threats. Expressed our concerns to the front desk and they did not care or offer anything. Also charged $60 in extra fees. Would not recommend this place for anyone. Stay away!

It was dated (older hotel)... Old smell to it... Was worried about homeless hanging around on the back street... Could have used a extra blanket on the bed, but it was a place to sleep.
