The room space was good
The first room that we got didn’t had latch/ lock in the bathroom . So we called the receptionist and she came in and pretended that as if we broke the lock and she said ok I I’ll give you other room . And also in the lobby she didn’t welcome very well and her face looked like frustrated

curtains were too small to cover window, window air conditioner blew straight at the bed (1' away). Asked for more coffee packages the second morning and was told 10am was the earliest to get them.

Sketchy people staying in some of the suites. One person was super drunk/high and was following us around the parking lot making threats. Expressed our concerns to the front desk and they did not care or offer anything. Also charged $60 in extra fees. Would not recommend this place for anyone. Stay away!

It was dated (older hotel)... Old smell to it... Was worried about homeless hanging around on the back street... Could have used a extra blanket on the bed, but it was a place to sleep.

I recently stayed at this motel and had a great experience. It’s an older property, but it’s affordable, and the price is just right for what you get. In Kelowna, most places are much more expensive, so this motel is a great option if you're looking to save some money. The location is perfect too—close to everything you need and in a nice, quiet area.
The best part was how clean and well-kept everything was. While it may not have all the fancy amenities of newer hotels, it’s clear that the owners care about keeping the place comfortable and tidy. If you're looking for a simple, affordable place to stay with a great location and all the basics you need, this motel is a solid choice. I would definitely stay here again!
