Comfortable Bed. Car is parked right by the unit. Big unit. Friendly staff.
Shower water temperature swings between hot and cold sometimes. I'm personally not a fan of carpeted floors from a cleanliness maintenance point of view.

Lighting in the room could have been brighter. I could have used a stand for a suitcase, but they didn't have one. I don't like putting anything on the floor.

The heating system did not work properly, it was very noisy and pushed out air rather than heat.
No sense in letting front desk know, as this was booked through Booking.com, and their response would be sorry, they can't do anything about it (i.e. had I just booked through them, they could rectify perhaps a reduced price etc.), as this has happened in the past in prior years with travel. The bed coverings were not adequate, and we were too overly tired to call the desk in the middle of the night to request more. The entire building needs upgrading, and perhaps security to inform addicts shooting up on the property to leave. By the time we left the next morning, I was too tired to make any complaint.

We really appreciated that the air conditioning worked well! The staff were amazing - kind and professional. And the rubber duckies were a huge hit with our grandsons.
The rooms are a bit dated and felt quite well-used - especially the carpets.
