Location and friendliness of staff were great. The beds were comfy, and it was nice and clean.
The bathroom layout was very awkward, and the shower was small. The plumbing also needs some work as I was blasted with scalding hot water multiple times while showering.

When we arrived, Staff was genuinely friendly, efficient and smiling! We felt like a human, not another number. They gave us our keys, a baggie with water bottles and a ducky! I felt like a kid with awe (this is a good SMILE). Coffee packet requests were met with a smile, as we stayed for 4 nights.
Room was upgraded to Kitchenette, which we will book from now on, going forward. We loved that the Breakfast Voucher was "all day", as this allows one to sleep in, prep for our working day, and come home to a quiet room. Breakfast at the nearby Restaurant was highly appreciated, although the one Server gave us such bad attitude and insisted what was "not allowed" to have with a $10.00 Breakfast Voucher. We ended up buying a regular breakfast every time. Management at the Restaurant was super amazing on the Weekends, looking after the busy rush. We really loved our Stay at Accent Inn Kelowna, the friendly Staff, the welcoming front desk and their swift check in and out procedures. Will be back for our Stays and our Business Weeks ! Grateful!

Travelled 4 hours to attend a concert in Kelowna. Checked in and left for said concert, got back late after 11pm. Spent the next hour or so with my partner not even talking both scrolling our phones as we hadn’t even been able to figure out how to get the tv to work. At around 1am there was a loud knock at the door. The supposed night staff was incredibly rude aggressive unprofessional, stated if he got another complaint we were OUT OF THERE. we were confused as we hadn’t been making any noise at all, when we tried to tell him he puffed up his cheeks pointing his finger in our face and saying ENOUGH. He actually called the cops and got us escorted out. No one would hear us state that it literally wasn’t coming from our room. I am shocked and appalled never in my life have I had such an experience at a hotel. Will never go to any of their hotels again and strongly urge you to beware of the night staff, never know when you’ll get kicked out of your room for absolutely nothing in the middle of the night.
